These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your order

When you place an order, we'll email to confirm we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or was priced in error, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We take payment when you place your order.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. The items become yours, and your responsibility, once they are delivered.

Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days. How to return an item, and what we refund, is set out in our Refund Policy.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, contact us and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund, as the law requires.

Our liability

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for household and private use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Events outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one affects your order, we'll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you placed it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email hello@mandjhome.co.uk first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
