Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders over £40.
• £3.95 on orders under £40.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, and most arrive 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, can take a little longer.

You'll get an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Packaging

Your order is packed and sent from our fulfilment partner's UK warehouses. It may arrive in plain packaging, and larger orders can come in more than one parcel.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@mandjhome.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right.
