Refund policy

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Bedding that has been opened and slept on cannot be resold, so we can't accept it back unless it is faulty.

How to return something

1. Email us at returns@mandjhome.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the returns address.
3. Send the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email returns@mandjhome.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing hello@mandjhome.co.uk. Once dispatched, it is treated as a return.
