Delivery
How much is delivery? Free on orders over £30, and £3.95 on orders under £30. We deliver to UK addresses only.
How long will my order take? Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and most arrive 2 to 3 working days after that. Remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, can take a little longer.
Can I track my order? Yes. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Why has my order come in more than one parcel? Larger orders are sometimes sent from more than one of our fulfilment partner's UK warehouses, so they can arrive separately.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something? Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Email returns@mandjhome.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the returns address.
Who pays for return postage? You do, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.
When will I get my refund? Within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method. See our refund policy for the details.
Something arrived damaged or faulty. Sorry about that. Email returns@mandjhome.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, any time before it's dispatched. Email hello@mandjhome.co.uk as soon as you can.
Products and sizes
Which size do I need? Choose the size of your bed. Each product page lists exactly what comes in each size, with measurements, under Details & sizes.
Will the fitted sheet fit my mattress? Check the pocket depth on the product page: our brushed microfibre sheets fit mattresses up to 35 cm deep, non-iron percale up to 32 cm and brushed cotton up to 28 cm.
How do I wash it? All our bedding and tea towels are machine washable. Most curtains are too, but a few, such as the Shimmer blackout curtains and the printed voiles, are dry clean only. Each product page has care instructions under Care.
Are these the same products you sell on Amazon? Yes, it's the same M&J Home range.
